A $15 million mixed use building featuring luxury 5-star apartment hotel features stylish single level suites and fully equipped executive townhouses with a divine Wellington location.

Boulcott Suites were constructed on a former carpark between St Mary of the Angels church and the St George Hotel.

Six of the eight levels are serviced apartments, with two three-bedroom penthouses on top. The ground floor boasts 250 square metres of retail and restaurant space, and the first level has boutique conference facilities.

The site's previous owner had consent for a 60 metre property on the site. However, architect Mike Cole of ArcHaus says the new building was scaled back to about half that height, in sympathy with its surroundings, and also set back from O'Reilly Ave.
