One of the most advanced primary care facilities in the country gave Lattey Group one of its biggest concrete contracts.

Part of an "A team" of local construction specialists, Lattey was involved early on in design development with the architect, structural engineers and client.

With a site covering 7,650 square metres, including a building area of 3,900 square metres, this project is challenging - both in terms of casting, and also in terms of the demands of transport and installation. 

The 3x4m precast panels used in the main building have to be transported sideways to fit under power lines. On site, two cranes are used to lift the panels off the truck bed and then flip them upright. Some of the lift shaft panels weigh over 20 tons.

Our approach to this project displays our capability to develop and deliver on a large and complex scale, from design to build.
